Terms of service
These terms govern your use of The Chairman. By creating an account or paying the membership fee, you agree to them.
1. Who you are contracting with
The Chairman is operated by Big Vision Consultancy and Marketing, an individual (sole proprietor, not a registered company), trading as The Chairman and operating the website www.thechairmans.in. In these terms “we”, “us”, and “The Chairman” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the service.
Our registered address for correspondence is:
«Building / street address»
«Locality»
Pune, Maharashtra «PIN code»

2. What The Chairman is
The Chairman is a paid membership community and business education programme. Members get access to recorded and live teaching sessions on marketing, sales, pricing, lead generation, and brand acquisition, to curated business briefs and opportunities posted inside the community, to in-person and online member events, and to a private members’ area where they can post, comment, and message other members.
Equally important is what The Chairman is not:
- It is not a recruitment, staffing, or job placement service. We do not place candidates, take employer fees, or list vacancies.
- It is not a multi-level marketing scheme, a chain scheme, or a money circulation scheme. There is one flat membership fee, no downline, no tiers, and no payment of any kind for introducing other members.
- It is not an investment product, a lending product, or a crowdfunding platform. We do not accept, pool, hold, or invest member funds beyond the membership fee for the service described here.
- It is not a marketplace. We are not a party to any deal, contract, or transaction that members go on to make with each other or with any third party.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You must use your real name and a working email address and phone number. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to anyone else.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at «support@thechairmans.in» if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.
5. Membership, fees, and term
A free account gives you the member feed, the directory, the communities, and event listings. Every account may also claim one 1-day free trial of full platform access. The trial is not granted automatically: you start it yourself from the membership panel inside your account, it may be taken once per account, it costs nothing, it requires no payment details, and it ends automatically without any charge.
Paid membership is offered as Freelancers and agency owners at ₹5,898.82 (₹4,999 + 18% GST) for 3 months, or Founders at ₹17,698.82 (₹14,999 + 18% GST) for 6 months — charged once at the start of the term in Indian Rupees.
The fee is charged once for the whole term. This is not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically and no amount is ever debited from you again without you starting a fresh payment yourself.
Prices are exclusive of tax. GST at 18% is added at payment. Each tier above is charged once for its whole term, and that amount — fee plus GST — is what the payment QR is issued for, remitted under GSTIN 27ABFFB6392J1Z2. Membership access is switched on within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, as described in our service delivery policy. Full pricing detail is on the membership and pricing page.
We may change the price of membership for future terms. Any change applies only to purchases made after it is published and never to a term you have already paid for.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop using The Chairman and close your account whenever you like. The membership fee is non-refundable once access has been granted. The full policy, including the narrow cases in which we do refund, is set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. How members must behave
Inside the members’ area you agree not to:
- Post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or misleading.
- Send bulk unsolicited pitches, spam other members, or scrape the member directory.
- Promote any multi-level marketing scheme, chain scheme, unregistered investment offer, or get-rich-quick programme.
- Share member contact details, briefs, session recordings, or any other member-only material outside the community.
- Impersonate anyone, misstate your experience or credentials, or use the service to commit fraud.
- Attempt to break, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the platform, or use bots and automated scripts against it.
Members deal with each other directly and at their own risk. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any member, any brief, or any deal that comes out of the community, and we are not responsible for what members agree between themselves.
8. Content and intellectual property
Session recordings, playbooks, templates, briefs, and everything else we publish inside the members’ area belong to us or to our licensors. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material for your own business while your term is running. You may not republish, resell, or share it.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute it inside the platform so that the service can work. You confirm that you have the right to post whatever you post. We can remove any content that breaches these terms.
9. No guarantee of results
Everything we publish is education and information, not a promise of income. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, any number of clients, or any business outcome. Results depend on your own work, skill, market, and circumstances. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or where we are required to act by law. If we close your account for a serious breach, the fee for the remainder of your term is not refunded. If we withdraw the service entirely for reasons that are our fault, we will refund the unused part of your term on a pro-rata basis.
11. Third-party services
The platform runs on third-party infrastructure and tools, including hosting, database, email delivery, real-time messaging, analytics, and, where applicable, a payment gateway. Their handling of your data is described in our privacy policy. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost opportunity, or for anything arising out of dealings between members. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will email members at their registered address before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16. Contact and grievances
For any question, complaint, or grievance about the service, write to «support@thechairmans.in» or call +91 95796 62005. We acknowledge every message within 2 working days. Full details are on our contact page.
